Chapter 3 - The Summon

n the king's silent chamber, upon an old table scented with books and time, the answer was clear… and painful.

Diana. She was the flower—the soul ripped from the heart of the kingdom… without a farewell.

The king read the truth thrice… then gave a single order: "Bring Liliana

She entered with her flowery dress…and a cold smile.

He said to her:

"She is no curse. She is the kingdom's flower. If she does not return… we all wither."

She laughed with disdain:

— "A joke, right? The one who brought shadows wherever she walked?"

— "The ancestors' books don't lie, Liliana."

But her selfishness ran deeper.

She refused.She even mocked.

And left.

In the north, the ice couldn't stop warmthfrom slipping into Diana's heart.

With every journey, her gaze toward the prince softened.

With every conversation,he understood her silence more than her words.

They climbed mountains together.Faced storms.

Sometimes they laughed…

And other times… they simply shared silence.

Then came the news.

The King of the Ice Kingdom…had died.

The prince… became king.

But he didn't celebrate. He didn't wear the crown.

He sat by the frozen river, stared at the snow, and said:

— "I wanted to show him the world we built…but he saw nothing."

Diana came. She stood beside him.She paused, then said:

— "Sorry… I'm not good with this. But you don't need to show him anything.

He already saw enough in you…And so did I."

For the first time, her words were soft… real…as if her heart had dared.

He looked at her for a long time, then said:

— "You're not as cold as you think."

From that moment…everything changed.

Their journeys became deeper.

Their talks… more honest.

But she began to feel something…

Her mother's voice calling her.

She didn't understand. She ignored it.Refused to believe it.

Days passed…

The voices grew.

Night visions weren't just dreams anymore.

She felt like she was seeing… hearing… living… something else.

Her mother's voice.

A strange calling.

And the faces of those who never loved her…screaming:

— "Diana… the flowers are dying…"

Sometimes she sat alone in the snow, closed her eyes and whispered:

— "You're not real…I left you."

But the calling…never faded.

On the other side, the prince noticed.

Their journeys had changed.

She smiled less.Drifted more.

Her eyes unfocused.Her voice… quieter.

One night, staring at the white sky,she said:

— "I think… something is calling me.Something I can't run from."

He said:

— "Then… we won't run.We'll go to it."

That evening, she stood before a frozen lake.

She saw her reflection in the water…but it wasn't her face.

It was her mother's.

Crying.

She understood.

Even if she wasn't ready…

Diana had heard the calling.
