With Cui Bo and Glolov providing cover from the elevated firepower points, Rafael and Number Thirteen's group were still able to defend themselves with relative ease. However, for Number Thirteen's group to carry Gao Yang and charge out of the building, it was utterly unthinkable.
With inside support and the cover provided by Cui Bo and Glolov, Rafael and Albert managed to rush into the building. Even so, Rafael still took two bullets along the way. Now, if they want to rush out, the only accessible exit is a single door. Outside, even if there aren't dozens of rifles aimed at them, there are surely dozens of handguns ready to fire.
And what's worse is that, apart from Karima, everyone else is injured and barely mobile. On top of that, they have to carry Gao Yang, who is completely incapacitated. Rushing out now looks no different from a suicide mission.
