Within the conference of the newly built government facility where the current state governor reside, Gonzales took a sip of his coffee while the two bewildered elves stare at him with mix feeling.
Awe, disgust, rage, or even admiration. He can't comprehend the unfathomable reaction of the two.
Breaking the silence, the Queen of Yggdrasil first spoke.
"Ambassador of Niflheim, this is Manuel Gonzales, State governor of Yggdrasil." She said gesturing towards Gonzales who have a formal aura surrounding him.
The two still can't believe it. It's been hundreds of years ago since this Eden declared themselves as superior among races within this world, yet now they are as if serving and licking the knees of the young Burian man dressed in an unusual clothing.
"Good day. Just like Her highness said, I am the current state governor, my name is Manuel Gonzales. A pleasure to meet you." He said after standing up and offering his hand.
The two merely look at the hands of the lower race. How dare he offer his dirty hands toward a higher being?
"I believe we have told the Queen about our request. We want to establish relation and construct an embassy within the capital." She said, ignoring the fact that she just denied the offer of handshake from Gonzales.
Gonzales simply retrieve his hand and sat down before taking a sip of his coffee once again.
"We want to buy a land within the city, if you may, would you recommend us something affordable using our own currency?" This one was asked by Eussein, the male elf ambassador.
Gonzales made a stern face. The supposed currency of them are unknown to the current government of Yggdrasil. Even if it's purely made of otherworldly material, he cannot risk doing such thing.
"We can't, I'm afraid. Yggdrasil currently use the currency issued by the government of the Philippines. Currently, your currency is dubbed as worthless due to the fact that you don't have past trade relation with the Philippines. If you want, you can exchange it with the Central Bank of The Philippines. However, you will have to use pure materials." Gonzales said, not feeling dejected at all.
"What! That's just utterly bullshit! Our money has the highest in our world second to this one, but now that they are gone, ours are now highest! How dare you say our money are nothing worth than a rock?!" Eussein was enraged. He, who love his country dearly, was forced to hear such insulting words from the mouth of another person, much less a lower being.
Truly, an insulting remark.
"Apologies, but I believe you're here to establish a relation? Is that how you act in front of your work? If that's so, then this meeting is concluded and your request to construct an embassy are declined. We don't need such arrogant being keep mocking us with the image of establishing relation. We don't have much time to play such childish game." Gonzales said before standing up and leaving the room.
But before he does
"I suggest leaving this city soon without doing something troublesome. Or, you might as well leave the country." He said gazing coldly towards the two ambassador.
The two felt shiver down their spine. Never have they hear such threatening words come out from a lower being that made them feel like this.
"Q-queen of Yggdrasil... I suppose you have explanation fo4 this?!" Elysia said glaring at the queen.
"No, I maybe a queen, but I don't have any more political power. I apologize but I suggest the same thing. Please leave." She said before standing up and gesturing the two towards the door.
Soon, news coming from the two was heard by the Elders of Neflheim which then trigger a neverending argument.

The construction of all the mines that were ordered by Ramirez was now complete and running. It was now sending resources back to their homeland and Gonzales would surely be surprised by the result of this breakthrough.
The current economic status of their country is also near stable as resources from Yggdrasil was sent to the Philippines.
But while all of this are happening, Ramirez is busy with something.
Deep within a manmade cave located at Mount Arayat of Pampanga, there lies a large room filled with people wearing white coats.
They are the scientist that was gathered by the President himself so things can progress a lot more smoothly.
And after three months. They were able to finish it. Just after the opening of the Cavite Powerplant.
"Mister President. Now that this lady is finished, I believe we should place its power source." Said by Santiago, the head scientist of this project.
"Yes." He said as he look at the large, battleship, with the size of four largest cargo ship with awe.
Upon hearing the reply of his superior, the scientist turn his focus towards the 3d monitor of his and control the robotic hands that held the most powerful creation of them.
The Ramiranium.
The large robotic hand was attached to the utmost top of the cave as it slide through the top of the battleship in order to enter the room where the power source is supposed to be placed.
The small, glowing azure soon flash through the room after being placed to its corresponding location. As soon as the light flash out, the power source room are now nothing but a space for the ring of Ramiranium.
"It's done." Santiago said as he look at the 3d monitor overlooking inside the room of the power source.
Ramirez held his breath and look at it too. He then look at the otherworldly material that's covering the entire battleship.
It's simply too beautiful. The design of a battleship yet large enough to call it a spaceship. Its almost a hundred small anti aircraft battery that can release a magical bullet that can outrun the fastest jet fighter. The large battery that can release a monstrous power that is two times more powerful than the Father of All Bomb.
"Ah... What a beauty." He thought.
