But even as Brigid and Andrew spoke so matter-of-factly, William continued to rub his forehead, his face still clouded with deep concern.
"I've already called people to clean up the mess downstairs," Andrew added, trying to reassure William. "And that omega, even if he escapes, he won't get far."
"What?"
Brigid hadn't expected those words from Andrew, her voice tinged with surprise. His statement implied he'd sent someone to track down the omega. "Just let him go. This might be his only chance."
"It's for his safety. William told me to do it. There are plenty of people after him, and William's worried the omega might get kidnapped by someone else."
"Kidnapped by someone else?! What? Why?"
