After returning home, Shin tossed the magical polymer, which was packed with a large number of evil spirits, into the body of "Black Bird Requiem."
The body of "Black Bird Requiem" possesses the characteristics of "Cream," so it can store certain things within its "Void Miasma," much like how "Cream" does.
However, the storage capacity is limited, only able to hold the size of a few people at most, similar to how Vanilla Ice hides his body within the mouth of "Cream."
If one wants to store more, it's not possible. The alternate dimension of "Cream" is ultimately designed for spatial erasure, not for storing items.
But such a small piece of magical polymer is, of course, no problem. Shin feels most at ease keeping it inside "Black Bird Requiem."
As for why he didn't store it in the "Gate of Babylon"... it's mainly because he's worried that the thing might explode, potentially destroying the contents of the "Gate of Babylon."
Although the items inside are essentially freebies, even freebies are genuine prototypes of Noble Phantasms. If the Noble Phantasms inside were accidentally blown up, it would be a bit of a pity.
Storing it inside "Black Bird Requiem" eliminates this concern. Even if it does explode, the blast would be absorbed by the alternate dimension of "Cream," leaving Shin unaffected.
After doing all this, Shin took a shower, then sat down at his computer and booted up an online game. He started playing with Gabriel, who had also returned home earlier.
...
However, when he was about to rest, Shin was surprised to find that only Irisviel and Illya were left in the room.
"Huh? Where are the others?"
Although he found it a bit novel, Shin couldn't help but ask.
Normally, Sayu Ogiwara and Tohru should also be here—especially Tohru, who would throw a fit if she didn't sleep with Shin.
"Illya said she wanted to sleep with her parents, and Sayu and Tohru agreed," Irisviel explained with a smile. She held Illya in her arms, sitting on the bed as she spoke to Shin.
"After all, Illya just arrived in a new world and isn't quite used to her surroundings yet. The two of us are probably the people she's most familiar with."
Indeed, Illya is just an elementary school student. It's only natural that she would feel a bit out of place after suddenly arriving in a new world.
Sayu Ogiwara and Tohru probably agreed to leave the room to Irisviel and Illya for this reason.
In any case, there are plenty of guest rooms in this large house. The two of them could just find a random room to rest in for the night—there's no rush, as there will be plenty of time in the future.
However, looking at Irisviel and Illya, who were both gazing at him expectantly, Shin couldn't help but let out a bitter smile.
This is bad. He had been holding in some frustration during the day, planning to vent it tonight, but now this situation suddenly came up.
After all, Illya is still a child. No matter what, Shin couldn't possibly do anything to Irisviel in front of her.
Sighing inwardly, Shin decided to hold back for today—it's not like skipping one day would kill him. He could always deal with it tomorrow.
And so, Shin lay down on the bed, with Irisviel on his right and Illya sandwiched between them.
Before long, both Illya and Irisviel fell asleep—it seemed they had been out for quite a while today and were quite tired.
Although Irisviel and Illya have some magical abilities, their physical stamina is no different from that of ordinary people. One can't expect them to be full of energy after a whole day of walking around.
Seeing this, Shin closed his eyes and quickly immersed himself in a meditative state, entering the dream world and activating the "Infinite Terror VR Game."

[Respected Zuke, please select the mission world you wish to enter: 1. "Dragon Ball" (time not adjusted); 2. "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure" (main mission generating); 3. "TYPE-MOON" (main mission generating)]
[Respected Zuke, your special mission worlds are: 1. "Yu-Gi-Oh! Card Story Chronicles"; 2. "Kuroko's Basketball" (remaining refreshes for today: 1)]
[Respected Zuke, your remaining play count for today is 3]
On the mission world selection screen, the names of several familiar works were still prominently displayed.
Since a day had passed, the refresh count for the special mission worlds had reset to 1, and the play count had increased to 3.
This meant that Shin could enter three mission worlds today—but for now, he only planned to enter "Dragon Ball" and "Yu-Gi-Oh! Card Story Chronicles."
He would enter "Dragon Ball" to collect the Super Dragon Balls and wait for Bardock's report.
He would enter "Yu-Gi-Oh! Card Chronicle" to check if the control console for "Sky Striker Ace - AA-ZEUS" had been completed.
As for whether he could enter a third mission world, that would depend on whether the refresh would yield a useful mission world.
Shin performed the refresh.
In the next moment, "Kuroko's Basketball" disappeared, replaced by a new title at the end of the special mission world list.
[Respected Doghead, your special mission worlds are: 1. "Yu-Gi-Oh! Card Chronicle"; 2. "School-Live!" (remaining refreshes for today: 0)]
"...Well, looks like I'll have to waste one play count today."
Seeing the newly refreshed title, Shin's mouth twitched, already knowing that he would likely have to give up one play count today.
"School-Live!" is just a story about high school girls surviving in a zombie apocalypse. While the protagonist's dissociative state is quite intriguing, the world itself offers no real benefit to Shin.
As a work, it's worth a read, but as a world, there's really nothing worth exploring.
If Shin finishes his tasks in the other two mission worlds and still has some play time left, he might consider entering it with the mindset of "I have one play count left, might as well not waste it."
But he definitely wouldn't have any expectations for this mission world.
"Let's enter the 'Dragon Ball' world first. It's been a day, so my cube spaceship should have reached the last Super Dragon Ball in Universe 7 by now."
Shin's gaze shifted between "Dragon Ball" and "Yu-Gi-Oh! Card Story Chronicles" before finally deciding to enter the "Dragon Ball" world first.
He would secure the Super Dragon Balls and then check on Bardock's progress.
If the Saiyans haven't gathered yet, he would head over to Universe 6 to take a look.

PS: That parallel world version of Magical Girl Illya was originally intended to set up future plot points for the protagonist, but it seems I was a bit too blunt in my writing, which made it hard for readers to accept. That's my fault, and I'll revise the chapter right away. My apologies.
