I folded my arms as I cleared my throat, then I shook my head. I needed to put some distance and them, sitting in their midst would be the complete opposite of that.
With that thought in mind, I sat on the rug which I was standing on just now. It was sparkling clean since my maids cleaned it this morning while I was still asleep, so I didn't need to worry about germs.
"I'm okay over here, thank you," I said to them while suppressing the urge to grin, because the bewilderment across their faces was almost hilarious to look at.
Damon was the one to speak first. "Since we're all here now, then we can proceed now, yes?"
Everyone nodded around him and I did the same, even though I was curious as hell as what they wanted to discuss. I was nervous, because it had to be something important since the three of them were here for said discussion and not just Damon.
