The next few days that followed after my little argument with Liam at the cabin was not our best days. It wasn't the same anymore and we both struggled to stay in the presence of each other and far away from each other. Noah had tried on countless occasions to make us see eye to eye to work out our differences but so far, his plans weren't working out for him.
We've never had an altercation this big before and worse, over a woman. Our fights are usually about battles, trainings and what not but somehow, everything seemed to have changed.
I couldn't believe that they didn't believe me. Why would i lie in the first place? If i had really lured her into the woods to kill her like they claimed, would i have gone through the trouble of bringing her back? I would've easily walked away and let the wild ones eat her to their fill.
