(Stygian POV)
I was currently flying towards the location of the shockwave and saw Beth walking back home to the hotel.
I flew down next to her with a loud thud.
"Beth."
"..."
"Whose building did you crush this time?"
Beth stared at me and then raised a hoof, pointing at the destroyed building.
"Go back home, Beth. I'll take care of this mess."
Beth let out a cute moo and walked off.
I looked at the amount of destruction she had caused and sighed. Walking over, I noticed a few mangled corpses of sinner demons—and a few hellborn.
I healed the hellborn as much as I could to help them avoid death. As for the sinners, I couldn't really do much for them.
Their bodies were already healing and reforming from the damage. I checked the area to see if there were any more survivors, and I saw a purple sinner demon with an angelic blade in his chest.
I walked towards him with the intent to heal him if possible, but as soon as I got there, two female demons approached him carrying an angelic knife.
"Valentino... Just die!"
The two girls began stabbing him in the chest repeatedly and screaming profanities.
I looked down at the scene, feeling a bit awkward.
"I should probably leave."
As I turned to leave, one of the girls grabbed my arm, crying.
"Please don't leave us... We've got nowhere to go... Not after... he took everything from us."
She pointed at the mangled corpse of the sinner and held on to my arm tightly.
"He wanted to replace us... 'Cause we weren't fun anymore... with some female hellhound... Please take us with you... We know you... You run that hotel... the one that helps people like us... Please don't leave us."
She said this, crying onto my arm, holding it tightly, hoping for the best. As she cried, her friend crawled next to her and hugged her, trying her best to comfort her.
"It's okay, Dia. We'll get through this. We always do."
The red demon girl continued to cry in my arm, and I finally relented. I picked them both up in my arms, carrying them to the hotel to have a fresh start.
I unfurled my wings and flew to the hotel with both of them in my arms. I looked back at the crater where the demon they called Valentino now lay dead.
"Scum."
I continued to fly back to the hotel with the girls, and the hope that we could help them start fresh.

(A few hours later at the crater)
A figure wearing a blue coat was walking towards the now mangled corpse of Valentino.
"Oh, Val... You never could handle this life."
"But you must admit—it was quite entertaining, the way he tried and failed to join us. Though it is quite a shame to lose a useful puppet."
"So what now? We need to find whoever's stupid enough to mess with our operation."
"Don't worry, old friend. I'll make sure that all our problems are solved. After all, no one messes with the Radio Demon."
He said this, his voice distorted by otherworldly energy.
"You better know what you're doing, Al. I don't want another massacre like the last time you got pissed off."
"Of course! Now then, let us go back and have some delicious jambalaya! I'm cooking."
"Fine, but you better use actual meat this time. That sinner you cooked last time was really tough to bite through."
"Of course. I'll even make Husker get his best booze."
