Small awakening of Nova's dragon side. O.O

*In the First Realm, Jay, Kai, Nova, Cole, Zane, and Faith are currently tied up.*
Kai sighs, then sees a shadow of a bird. "I hope that's your Falcon, Zane."
"If that was his Falcon I'll be amazed how it got here." said Nova.
"My receptors pick up that, that is a avian scavenger, a harbinger of our approaching demise." said Zane.
"It's a Bonepicker, and Zane is right." said Faith.
"Great, this is just like the lion king where Simba almost got eaten by vultures." Nova thought with a sigh.
"Why does Zane always have to be right? Can't it just be enough that we're tied to giant poles in the middle of the desert?! And don't forget Wu is being held hostage, forced to steal for Iron Baron the Dragon Armor, so that he can become invincible! Can't that be enough?!" shouted Jay.
Scavenger lands by Cole. "No! Don't come to me!" He kicks his foot. "Shoo." Bird flies away, only to fly over towards Nova.
"Back off birdy!" Nova growled at the bird as her eye started glowing purple. The bird quickly flies away in fear.
Kai raises his head. "Look. Something's going on."
Jet Jack snatches from conversation. "Not again... come outside!... Stop questioning me." Muzzle retorts back. "Oh, come on!" Arguing continues.
"Probably arguing about which one of us to eat first." said Jay.
"Dragon Hunters do not eat people." said Faith.
"Well, that's good to know, Faith. So, it isn't all bad." said Jay.
"This is our chance, while they're distracted. Let's see if we can get these..." Kai grunts. "poles rocking" Grunts. "by rocking our bodies" Grunts. "from side to side." Grunts.
"Yeah, I'm not doing that." said Cole.
"That... won't be helpful." said Zane.
"Quiet complaining, and just do it already you knuckleheads!" Nova growled as she was doing the same as Kai, and it wasn't long until Cole and Zane sigh and join in.
Faith sighs. "I hope the son of the Spinjitzu Master figures something out, because this is ridiculous."
"Hey, it's better than nothing." Jay starts swinging. Faith sighs.
*The Dragon Hunters are busy arguing with each other.*
"You're not in charge! This is not your choice! Listen to me. You don't know anything! Everytime I suggest—" Jet Jack shouted as Muzzle retorts back something. "Oh, come on!"
"Hey, he's just saying what we're all thinking." said Daddy No Legs.
"Yeah!"
"Oh, yeah, and I suppose you think you should be in charge." Dragon Hunters on Jet Jack's side argue.
"Team...work! Team...work! Team...work!" repeated Kai, Jay, Cole, Nova, Zane, and Faith over and over again.
"It's working, guys! Just a little more." said Kai.
"I can't believe this is working!" said Faith.
"We do have a little Faith!" said Jay.
"Keep going! Don't stop!" said Nova.
"Team...work! Team...work! Team... work! Team..." Everyone repeated.
"What do you think you're doing?" Jet Jack asked coming over.
"Uh, nothing?" said Jay until he saw Jet Jack holds up her weapon. "They are going to eat us!" The Ninja all but Nova screams. Jet Jack cuts him down. The others are screaming while also being cut down.
"Ow. Ugh. Ever heard of stairs?" Cole asked.
"I don't know if I should thank you, Jet Jack, or prepare to fight." said Faith.
"Or if you're going to eat us, eat him first." Kai points to Cole. "He's filled with cake."
Cole stutters. "A-Am not!"
Nova giggled a bit at that as she was trying not to laugh out loud.
"We got to talking and this Dragon Armor business has gone too far." said Jet Jack.
"Iron Baron speaks of serving his people, but he only serves himself." said Daddy No Legs.
"Yeah, he's kind of a jerk." said Chew Toy.
"Well no shit sherlock." said Nova as she turned off her mask since she didn't see a reason to hide her face.
"Wait, that's what you look like?" asked Daddy No Legs.
"Yeah, what about it?" Nova asked, crossing her arms.
"What happened to your eye kid?" Chew Toy asked.
"What happened to his legs?" Nova asked, pointing at Daddy No Legs.
"We fear with Firstbourne by his side, he will become... unforgiving." said Jet Jack while the Dragon Hunters mutter in agreement.
"Wait, wait, you're telling me all this time, while they're getting closer to the nest, you guys are arguing about whether or not to release us?" said Jay.
The Dragon Hunters shrug and nod. "Mhm."
"He's shown his true colors, and they are colors no one likes. I can put aside our differences if you think you six can make a difference." said Jet Jack.
"We'll follow their tracks. Let's go and stop them, before it's too late!" said Cole.
"Yeah!! Yeah! Yeah!" Everyone cheers.
*Night has fallen. Kai, Jay, Cole, Nova, Zane, and Faith have arrived to find the destroyed rock path, unable to cross it.*
"It's too late." said Faith.
"Not for me." said Nova as she used her speed boost and double jump easily getting over. "I'll try and catch up with them before it's actually too late!"
"Nova be careful!" The ninja shouted.
"Aren't I always!!" said Nova giggling and using her speed boost and then going into the shadows quickly catching up to Wu and Iron Baron.
*Iron Baron and Wu are searching for Firstbourne's nest.*
"This map is indecipherable. A mountain? What mountain?! They're everywhere!" said Iron Baron.
"I know where the nest is." Wu runs up a mountain while he noticed the movement in his shadow.
Iron Baron stunned. "The nest of Firstbourne." He tosses the map away. "And in it, your freedom and my power. Come now. Our future awaits." He taps Wu in the back with The Dragon Blade. They enter the Firstbourne's nest.
Nova stayed in Wu's shadow while getting a little nervous on what was gonna happen when the dragons knows there is an oni in the nest.
*Iron Baron and Wu are looking for the Dragon Armor.*
"Wait... I cannot see a cursed thing in here." Iron Baron crashes into Wu and falls down. "Where is this Dragon Nest?" He gets back up with a torch in his hand.
Wu looks down. "I believe we're in it." They see many dragons.
".....So many dragons...it's like a sheep walking into a wolf den." Nova thought as she felt her heart drop and was getting more nervous.
Iron Baron gasps. "They are all asleep. Your Oni blood does not disturb them. Your Dragon blood keeps them docile. Look!" They see the Dragon Armor. "It's revealing itself to you. It wants to be found." They both walk towards the Dragon Armor, reaching the base. "Back away! It's mine!" The Firstbourne wakes up. Iron Baron puts on the armor. "Ah. Yes. I have it! I wear the Dragon Armor! I command you, beast, destroy him!"
"You know, I've learned a lot of things since I came to this realm." said Wu.
Nova slowly came out of Wu's shadow, crossing her arms while glaring at Iron Baron.
"What are you babbling about?! And how did you come out of the shadows!?" shouted Iron Baron.
Wu placed a hand on Nova's shoulder. "My ninja taught me responsibility, confidence, a sense of humor, and to listen to the voice within. But I also learned something from you."
"Argh! Stand down! Kneel before me!" shouted Iron Baron.
"You taught me the power of lies. You didn't really think the Dragon Armor is what made Firstbourne obey my father, did you? It was because of his heart. She sensed goodness in him. What does she sense in you?" said Wu.
Nova looked over at Wu nervously before then back at Firstbourne.
*Iron Baron throws the armor and a rock at Firstbourne. She encases him in molten lava and approaches Wu and Nova.*
Nova took a small step back, scared of what Firstbourne saw in her.
"It's okay. It's okay, now." Wu pets Firstbourne's snout and she shows him the armor. "My Father's armor..." He takes it and the dragons bow to him.
Wu turned to look at Nova who was clearly trying to hide her fear but was still shaking a bit. "Don't be afraid Nova, I'm sure Firstbourne sees something good in you." He said.
Nova looked at Wu and then over at Firstbourne who were now staring at her and for a moment she wanted to go back into the shadows, but she didn't and so just standing there Firstbourne moved closer to her, and slowly began nuzzling against Nova with her snout.
Nova couldn't help but let out a laugh as she hadn't seen this coming and so she placed a hand on Firstbourne's snout, and began petting her as she was getting that same warm and welcoming feeling again.
Wu watched from the side smiling until he began noticing a small change to Nova as he saw a few golden scales under her eyes, and of what he could see from her arms that was mostly still covered in bandages. Even her one blue eye was glowing gold.
(even her purple hair streak changed from purple to golden.)

Nova had the biggest smile on her face as she went on to hugging Firstbourne. "I can't believe I'm actually petting and even hugging a dragon! Yet alone Firstbourne herself! This is just amazing!" She said with pure joy in her voice.
Wu couldn't help but chuckle a bit at her cheerful mood that she was in. "We should probably get back to the ninja." He said.
Nova snapped out of it and looked over at Wu and just as she did the golden scales, and eye disappeared along with her golden streak going back to being purple. "Yeah....let's get back home." She said with a soft smile.
*Outside, the Dragon Hunters have caught up to the Ninja and Faith. Faith shakes her head slowly, letting them know of their failure. Suddenly, Firstbourne flies out from the mountain.*
"Firstbourne again!" shouted Arkade.
"Run for your lives!" shouted Chew Toy.
"No, wait!" shouted Cole.
"Look!" Kai pointed towards the back of Firstbourne.
*Wu is revealed to be riding Firstbourne in the Dragon Armor. Along with Nova who was trying to hide the small painful effect she was getting from the Dragon Armor.*
"Woohoo! Yeah! All right! Way to go!" Jay laughs.
"He's riding without chains? How is that possible? And even that kid?" Jet Jack asked.
"The Dragon Master doesn't need them." said Faith.
*Kai, Jay, Zane, Cole, and Faith all run to Wu and Nova.*
"You did it! You actually did it!" said Jay.
"I always knew you had it in you!" said Kai.
"What about Iron Baron?" Faith asked.
"Iron Baron's days are over. He showed his true colors and Firstbourne was not impressed." said Wu and Nova in unison causing the others to look at her confused but she simply giggled.
"He's gone?" Jet Jack asked as the Dragon Hunters all cheered.
"You did well, Master." said Zane.
"Or should we say... Dragon Master." The ninja and Nova all bow to Wu.
"No, my friends. I bow to you." Wu bows to the ninja. "It was your lessons that guided me."
"Hey, I don't mean to rain on the parade, but our job isn't done." said Cole.
"He's right. We've got friends waiting for us!" said Jay.
"And a score to settle with Garmadon." said Kai.
"I can't wait to get back home." said Nova smiling happy.
"Do you think Firstbourne can take us all home?" asked Zane.
"That's up to them." said Wu.
*Firstbourne calls over five more dragons.*
"Looks like we've found our answer." said Cole.
*Sadness dawns Faith as they realize the ninja are about to leave.*
"Faith, we promised to bring you with us. You can ride with me." said Wu.
"You kept your word, and that means the world to me. But I am needed here." said Faith.
"I thought you hated this place." said Kai.
"I did. But you taught me that with courage, things can change. And I would rather stay and fight for change in my home, than run. But I cannot do it alone." said Faith.
"Faith, if you ever need help, you know you have friends in Ninjago." said Kai.
"And you have friends here in the First Realm." The ninja and Nova get on their dragons.
"Master Wu, get us home." They start to fly. "Yee-haw!" Kai laughs.
"Man, I missed this." said Cole.
"I've always wanted to try this!!" cheered Nova in pure joy as she laughed.
"Everyone. Hold on!" said Wu.
*They go into a portal.*
"Where did they go?" Daddy No Legs asked.
"Ninjago." said Faith.
