*In Ninjago, the Sons of Garmadon are attacking Lloyd, Nya, and Dareth.*
"Get us out of here, Dareth!" said Nya.
"I don't exactly have a free hand at the moment." said Dareth.
"Just keep swinging!" said Lloyd.
*A vortex opens. Everyone gasps, looking up to see dragons flying out.*
"Break away!" said Wu.
"Our city!" said Cole.
"What's left of it." said Jay.
"Not our home!" said Nova.
"Let's just hope our friends are okay." said Kai as his earpiece beeps.
"You're coming in loud and clear, brother." said Nya.
"Nya?! Oh, you're alright." said Jay.
"Oh... I don't know about that, but we could use a little help." said Nya.
"I've located their transmission." said Zane.
"Lead the way." said Wu.
*Zane leads the way, freezing most of the SoG members.*
"The ninja are back!" said Dareth.
"And with very large dragons." The rest of the SoG gang run away, screaming, while Kai, Jay, Nova, and Cole's dragons scare them off.
Lloyd laughed. "We did it! We held out!" Firstbourne lands. Wu backflips on to the ground.
"Is that?" Nya asked.
"Master Wu?" Lloyd asked.
"When I was an old man, I was wise to avoid a fight. But today, I'm not an old man." said Wu as Nova and the ninja's dragons land.
"Yeah!" said Nya.
They run up to each other, screaming with joy. "Yeah! Alright!"
"Oh, look at us! The gang is back!" said Cole.
Nova smiled as she ran over hugging Lloyd, with her arms around his neck while his was around her waist. "I've missed you greenie." She said with a big smile.
"I thought I lost you again, and yet here you are and even back in your human form." said Lloyd smiling while trying not to cry before he noticed her right eye. "Oh.....Ocea, your eye it's—"
"Gone yeah I know, a bit of a shame but nothing we can do." said Nova with a small smile until she then noticed how close their faces were against each other, and she began blushing turning her head to look away.
Lloyd looked at her a little confused but he then noticed what it was, and he couldn't help but chuckle a bit at how she acted. "Cute." he said which seemed to only make it worse for Nova as her face was turning more red.
"W-w-whatever, you can put me down now." said Nova growing a bit shy and was now trying to push herself further away from him.
Lloyd couldn't help finding it funny that she was acting so differently than she was a few minutes ago. "Alright, alright Princess."
Nova turned her head to glare at him, when he called her the one thing she didn't like being called. But the moment she turned to look at him. He caught her by surprise as he kissed her.
There was the sound of gasps and 'Ooos' in the background.
Lloyd slowly pulled away, chuckling as he saw her reaction for what he just did.
Nova's face was red like a tomato with a shocked look on her face, and before she knew it she had passed out with steam coming up from her head. Along with what could also seem like her spirit leaving her body.
"She is gonna kill you, when she wakes up." said Jay as he and everyone else had been watching.
Lloyd just shrugged and slowly placed Nova on the ground while still staying close. "Eh, I should be able to handle it." He said.
Kai and Cole shared a look that said otherwise knowing how Nova acted
"So where are Pixal. and Misako?" Zane asked, trying to change the focus to something else.
"Locked away in Kryptarium." said Lloyd as Dareth brings in Skylor.
"Skylor! What happened?" Kai asked.
"She tapped into Garmadon's power. It was too much for her to bear." said Nya.
"But I think we can save her, if we stop my father." said Lloyd.
"Has your power returned?" Wu asked.
"No, but Mystake taught me power isn't what makes the Green Ninja. It's the person behind the power." said Lloyd.
"She's no longer with us, is she?" Wu asked.
"You know, we wouldn't be here without that crazy, little woman. In honor of her, I recommend we drop old-school and kick butt!" said Dareth.
*Dareth throws a sword to Lloyd. Lloyd catches it. Garmadon continues to use the Colossus to destroy as many buildings as he can. People run away, screaming for their lives.*
Nova groans as she slowly wakes up and looks around a bit confused. "What did I miss?" She asked.
"Dareth is right. We do this for Mystake, and everyone else hurt by my father." said Lloyd before looking over at Nova. "Not much, but if you are able to we would like your help too."
Nova looked over at Lloyd with a raised eyebrow as it took her a good five minutes until she remembered what happened, and she couldn't stop blushing so she quickly turned her attention away from Lloyd.
"Y-y-y-yeah I can h-h-help." said Nova, stuttering a bit while getting back up.
"Ninja, Nova, can you stop the Colossus?" Wu asked.
"We've learned a thing or two about taking down giants." Kai, Jay, Nova, Zane, and Cole run to their dragons.
"Nya, you and Dareth, keep Skylor safe. Lloyd... you must confront your father." said Wu.
"I've survived without my power, but I don't know if I can stop him." said Lloyd.
"You may be without power, but you are not without me." said Wu.
Lloyd raises arm. "Ninja!"
The ninja raise their chains. "Go!"
"Lloyd! Íf we survive this, I'm gonna fucking kill you after we are done!" shouted Nova as she wasn't gonna forgive him for pulling such a trick on her like take.
"I'd like to see you try, Ocea!" shouted Lloyd with a smirk on his face.
"See you on the other side." Dareth closes the entrance port to Battle Wagon.
*On the ride, Wu winces in pain.*
"What's wrong?" Lloyd asked.
"My brother. I feel his rage." said Wu.
"I feel you, brother. I see you brought the ninja, but it's too late. Feel the wrath, of my True Potential!" said Garmadon.
"Looks like there's a few more who are unable to evacuate." said Kai.
"Giant snakes, Overlords, and now this? Why do people insist on living in this city?" questioned Jay.
"I keep asking that same question every day, Jay." said Nova, shaking her head.
"Because old friends are worth fighting for!" said Cole as a car is stopped by broken road parts on the road. Jay's Dragon picks up the car, carrying it.
"I know. The commute is terrible." Zane sees people waiting to cross a broken gap in the road. Zane's Dragon connects the road with ice.
The people cheer." Yeah!" They slide on the ice.
Rufus screams as a piece of road is about to crush him. Kai fires his chain at him, carrying him to safety. He drops him off. "Super heroes do exist."
Nova looked around seeing people trapped in a few crushed down buildings, taking a deep breath she closed her eye and summoned at least ten shadow clones that went on to help those they could. While then teleporting them through the shadows.
This was her second time trying this but with a lot more people along with even her clones, which was taking a serious toll on her as she could feel herself losing energy. Even her dragon was getting a little worried as it was making a few worried growls.
"D-don't worry about me buddy, I-I'll be fine." said Nova, trying to keep her focus while trusting the dragon to take the lead in the flying.
"I'm not letting a single person die anymore in this fuck up mess!" Nova growled as she began glowing in a mix of purple and gold, along with a few oni and dragon parts of her was slowly fainting into view. Nova was putting everything into saving everyone she could, even trying to go past her limits.
*Firstbourne is flying Master Wu and Lloyd towards Borg Tower.*
"Tell me you know how to defeat him." said Lloyd.
"Only a fool thinks he knows everything. I admit I know nothing! How this will end, is beyond me." said Wu.
*Kai, Jay, Zane, Nova, and Cole have reached the Colossus.*
"Okay, we got the people out of the way. Time to deal with the elephant in the roof!" said Cole.
"That is not an elephant, Cole." said Zane.
"We got it, Zane. Just train your chain on the big guy. Remember what Faith taught us. We do this together." said Kai.
"The bigger they are, the harder they fall!" said Jay.
Nova was breathing heavily as she had used too much of her energy trying to help save so many people, even her body was shaking a little.
"Nova are you okay? You aren't looking too good." said Zane, noticing her weakened stage.
"I-I'm...fine *pants* really." said Nova even though she knew she was almost at her limits.
"Maybe you should sit this one out Nova, if something else happened to you. Lloyd would have our heads." said Jay.
"I said I'm FINE!" Nova growled at him as her eye was glowing purple.
The ninja still didn't look convinced but they couldn't keep arguing about this right now.
"Alright, but if you start feeling worse you can retreat and try to recover." said Kai.
Nova simply nodded as they all then went on to use their chains on the Colossus.
Cole thought he heard so he turned his head up looking at the tower. "What was that?"
"Look out!" shouted Kai as the Colossus punches Cole. Firstbourne catches Master Wu while he is falling.
Wu gasps. "Lloyd."
*Atop the tower, Lloyd has managed to grab on to the edge of the roof.*
Garmadon mockingly. "Hello, son. And farewell. How long can you endure?"
"I thought the fight is what fueled you. Is this how you fight?" said Lloyd.
Garmadon picks Lloyd up and throws him to the ground, then picks up the Dragonbone Blade. "If only Father could see me now."
*A fight commences between Lloyd and Garmadon. Meanwhile, the ninja continue to try to chain the Colossus down.*
"He's too considerable to take down." said Zane.
"And he's got good reflexes!" said Kai.
"Guys, I'm nearly out of chain." said Cole.
"Me too." said Jay.
"Even if we had more, it's not thick enough to stop it." said Kai.
"Then perhaps next time we should use thicker chains." said Zane.
"There ain't gonna be a next time!" said Cole.
"Shut up!!" shouted Nova very much annoyed, and couldn't stop feeling her frustration grow as her body was slowly changing back to her oni form. Clearly still not having full control on her shapeshifting powers.
"Wait Zane's onto something. Look at all that chain. If we can use it, we could lock it down." said Kai.
"And who of us is stupid enough to jump on that thing?" Cole asked
"Cole, say no more." Kai jumps on the Colossus.
"That's my last one." Cole uses the chain. "Make it count!"
"You better not mess this up!" shouted Nova while she glared at the Colossus. "Garmadon, why did you have to make it this big."
"It's working! Get off of there, Kai!" shouted Jay as the Colossus falls over; the ninja cheered. But it starts to get up.
"It's breaking free!" said Cole.
"It is weakened." said Zane.
"It didn't fall hard enough." said Cole.
"Oh, come on!" said Kai.
"Maybe I can offer some metal!" said Wu.
"I hope you didn't think we forgot about you." said Nya as more people showed up.
"Hey!" said Kai.
"Tie it down!" said Misako.
"Here we go again. The bigger they are..." said Cole.
"... the harder they fall!" said Zane and Nova in unison.
*Lloyd's power returns and the Colossus starts to crumble. Skylor wakes up.*
Skylor coughs. "What happened?"
"We won." said Kai.
"You still have to finish it." said Garmadon.
"It's over." said Lloyd.
"It's not over. But when they come, it will be. My power... It was the only thing that could battle back the darkness from devouring us all. But you took that away. And now everything will be gone." said Garmadon.
"Who will come?" Lloyd asked.
"You'll see. And when they come, nothing will be left." said Garmadon.
*The Sons of Garmadon are being arrested.*
"Well, I hope you scum took care of Kryptarium. I know some cells that have opened up." said the Commissioner.
"Do you have room for one more?" Lloyd asked coming over with his father and the police run towards Garmadon.
"Lloyd!" shouted Kai.
"Man! I can't believe it! Oh, yeah!" said Jay.
"Your power is back!" said Nya.
"And Garmadon's power is gone. The balance is restored." said Jay.
"Thank you, ninja, for saving Ninjago. Again." said the Commissioner.
"They will come! Just ask your little friend!" shouted Garmadon as he sent a look over at Nova, who was standing more to the side away from the others.
"Just another day in Ninjago. I wonder what tomorrow holds?" said Kai.
"It holds a lot of work, Kai." said Jay.
Lloyd smiled before he noticed Nova wasn't really standing with the group, so he looked around until he noticed her standing in the shadows so he decided to check on her.
Nova was standing in the shadows, her arm crossing as she was thinking about the oni that was gonna show up next. "I have a bad feeling. I just know it but what part of it I'm not sure." She thought with a small sigh.
"Nova?"
Snapping out of her thoughts she looked up to see that it was Lloyd. "What is it Lloyd?" She asked.
"I just wanted to see if you were okay, you weren't standing with the others so I got a little worried." said Lloyd.
"I'm fine, Lloyd, nothing to worry about." said Nova looking at him with a small glare. "But don't think I've forgotten your little trick, you asshole."
"What little trick?" Lloyd asked with a teasing smirk.
"Why you little shit." Nova growled at him.
"Hmmm last I checked, aren't you the shorter one here, shorty." Lloyd teased.
"Oooh! That's it! You're dead Lloyd Montgomery Garmadon!" shouted Nova summoning her shadows and had them start chasing him around which was only making him laugh.
"Stupid, stupid idiot." Nova thought while blushing in the shadows, but had a small smile on her face. "But we aren't out of danger yet." She mumbled.
*The ninja and Nova are seen cleaning up the Royal Palace.*
"We saved Ninjago. Can't we get a day off?" said Cole.
"We helped break it, we help rebuild it." said Lloyd.
Wu runs into the room. "Ninja! Trouble!" They see him as an old man again. "Come quick!"
"Already?" Kai asked.
"I'm still sore from our last adventure." said Jay as Wu leads them outside, where everyone is celebrating.
*When they get outside the music starts playing.*
"Go!"
"I already thanked you, but the people want to thank you also." said the Commissioner.
"It's time for training and we're getting started. It's on, you know. And we wanna see you whip and shout it. We rock, you roll! They say, go slow. And everything just stands so still. We say go, go. We're ready for the fight, we know the drill. Monday morning and we feel defeated, seems so long ago..."
*Lloyd finds Wu tending to Firstbourne.*
"She has to leave?" Lloyd asked.
"This isn't their realm. She'll come back, when it's time. Right now, they need to return home. Thank you, my friend." said Wu.
"The First Spinjitzu Master tried to make the perfect realm, and because of my father, there may never be lasting peace." said Lloyd.
"Our world isn't perfect, but that doesn't mean we give up on it." said Wu.
"Tell me, Master. Back in the First Realm, did you see the Oni?" Lloyd asked.
"They were all gone when we arrived. To where, I do not know. What concerns you, Master Lloyd?" said Wu.
"If my father is right, I think they are coming." said Lloyd.
"They are, and we will need Sensei Garmadon's help." said Nova sitting to the side while watching the others celebrating.
"You're still calling him Sensei, even if he isn't that person anymore?" Lloyd asked.
"Whatever he is called Lord, Emperor or just Garmadon, he will always be my Sensei as he helped me with my training. Even if it was for a short while." said Nova with a small smile.
Lloyd seemed happy about hearing that as he gave her a smile and went to sit next to her. "I'm happy you still see him as that, even with everything that has happened and what he has done."
Nova gave a nod while slowly moving a bit further away from him blushing as he was getting a little too close. Since everything had calmed down she couldn't stop thinking about that kiss, and that was making her a little shy and wanted a little space to sort out her feelings.
"Looks like the others are having fun." said Nova while trying not to look at him.
"Yeah they sure are." said Lloyd looking over at her.
"Should we get down and join them? I'm sure they are wondering where we are." said Nova as she could feel his eyes on her and it didn't help her blushing. "Please I'll take any ninja or even fucking Dareth, just to get me out of this situation."
"Hmmm, probably." said Lloyd getting up and, before Nova had any time to react he picked her up bride style.
"W-What are you doing!?" Nova asked, now a fully red mess as she was trying to get out.
Lloyd chuckled a little at her reaction. "Just thought you needed a hand getting down Princess." he said with a smirk and down to the others while carrying Nova who was fighting to get out at this point.
"LLOYD!!!!!" shouted Nova with a red face.
