At this moment, a loud commotion erupted from the front. The Mist ninja immediately turned to look, his expression instantly changing as countless Allied Shinobi Forces charged into the Hidden Mist Village. The defensive forces stationed at the entrance had nearly been wiped out.

"Damn it!!! You, go report this situation to the Mizukage immediately!!! Hurry!!!" the Mist Jonin barked at the Chunin who had been with him moments ago.

"Yes!!!" The Mist Chunin nodded hurriedly, his face pale, before dashing toward the Mizukage Building deep within the village.

"Damn it!!!" The Mist Jonin glared hatefully at Deidara, who was still circling above. Their team had originally intended to reinforce the village gates, but they had been held back by this rogue ninja from the Rock Village. Worse still, several of their comrades had already fallen to his attacks.

Glancing at the rapidly advancing Allied Forces ahead and then at the dozen or so shinobi behind him, he gritted his teeth and ordered, "Retreat!!!"

Meanwhile, fierce battles were breaking out in various parts of the Hidden Mist Village. Mei Terumi observed the numerous plumes of smoke rising across the village and smiled faintly. "It seems the surprise attack on the rear gate of the Hidden Mist was quite successful," she murmured softly.

"Let's go!!! Head to the Mizukage Building and capture the Fourth Mizukage!!! Once we take down the Fourth Mizukage, the war will be over!!!" Ao declared.

"Mm, let's go!!!" Mei said calmly, and with that, a large group of key combatants surged toward the Mizukage Building deep within the Hidden Mist Village. The remaining Mist shinobi would be dealt with by other members of the Allied Forces.

"This is strange… At first, I didn't notice it, but now that we've broken into the Hidden Mist, the resistance here feels far too weak. Although the Allied Forces have paid some price, compared to the scale of our invasion, the cost has been minimal. The Hidden Mist shouldn't be this weak, should it?" Mui frowned slightly, a sense of unease creeping into his mind.

However, the main force had already advanced to this point, and retreat was no longer an option. Despite his growing suspicions, Mui could only steel himself and follow the rest of the troops deeper into the village.

By now, nearly half of the Hidden Mist Village was under the control of the Allied Forces. All ordinary villagers had been evacuated to underground shelters before the battle began. Although the Fourth Mizukage ruled with cruelty, he couldn't afford to harm civilians, lest the village descend into chaos—a move that even the internal shinobi of the Hidden Mist wouldn't tolerate.

After securing significant portions of the village, the Allied Forces quickly dispatched elite shinobi to converge on the Mizukage Building to support Mei Terumi. Through this method of layered advancement, they began systematically consuming the remaining areas of the Hidden Mist.

Deidara had now regrouped with Mui and Mei Terumi, and together they led a contingent of elite Allied shinobi charging toward the Mizukage Building. Everyone knew that the real challenge lay ahead—the elite shinobi of the Hidden Mist were concentrated there, including the Fourth Mizukage, who possessed perfect control over the power of the Tailed Beast.

The Mizukage Building bore some resemblance to the Hokage Tower from the original storyline, consisting of several towering levels that gave it a grand and imposing appearance. However, unlike the wooden structure of the Hokage Tower, the Mizukage Building was constructed of massive gray stone blocks. Shrouded in mist, it exuded an eerie and mysterious aura.

As they advanced, all the Mist shinobi along their path had either been captured or surrendered to the Allied Forces. At this point, the Allied Forces held an overwhelming advantage, though their losses had also been significant. Many shinobi had perished in the fighting, but such sacrifices were unavoidable in a war of this scale. Though Mei Terumi wished to preserve the strength of the Land of Water, no conflict of this magnitude could occur without casualties.

The group approached the Mizukage Building swiftly, but to their shock, there wasn't a single shinobi guarding its entrance—it stood eerily empty.

"No one here?! What's going on?!" Mei Terumi and several other Allied shinobi exchanged uneasy glances. Suddenly, Ao's head snapped upward.

"The Fourth Mizukage!!!" Ao shouted explosively. Instantly, the Allied Forces looked up in alarm. There, atop the highest level of the Mizukage Building, a lone figure now stood silently.

The person was unusually small in stature, with short cyan hair, purple eyes, and a stitched scar beneath the left eye. His youthful, almost childlike appearance made him seem no older than a teenager. A blue ceremonial robe of the Mizukage billowed in the cold wind.

This was none other than the current leader of the Hidden Mist Village, the Fourth Mizukage, Yagura. His youthful face was now filled with icy killing intent as he coldly stared down at the masses of Allied shinobi below.

Reinforcements from the Allied Forces continued to pour in from all directions, converging beneath the Mizukage Building. The open space below the building was vast enough to accommodate five or six thousand people.

"This guy is the Fourth Mizukage?! No way!! He looks about my age!!" Deidara exclaimed in disbelief, staring at the figure atop the Mizukage Building. In his mind, Kage-level shinobi were either elderly men in their fifties or seasoned adults in their thirties or forties—at the very least, they should be older than twenty. But this Fourth Mizukage appeared to be around the same age as him.

"That's just surface-level. Don't let his youthful appearance fool you—he's actually in his thirties. After all, it's been nearly ten years since he ascended to the position of Mizukage," one of the Allied shinobi explained. This particular shinobi had once been part of the Hidden Mist Village and was considered a veteran of the village.
