Lyra's POV
The explosion threw me against the wall with a great force that my teeth shook.
"Everyone down!" I screamed as another blast shook our hideout. Dust and rocks fell from the roof like deadly rain.
Through the smoke, I saw Klaus standing over a table covered with maps. His face was wounded and bleeding, yet he continued pointing at different places on the paper.
"They attacked our safe house in the north," he told the group around him. "Fifteen dead. They got the weapons store in the east too."
"How?" asked one of his men. "We had guards everywhere."
"Because someone's helping them," Klaus said through tight teeth. "Someone who knows our plans."
Another blast rocked the building. This time, part of the roof caved in. We all rushed away from the falling stones.
"We can't stay here," I said, cleaning blood from my face. "They'll bring this whole place down."
Klaus nodded. "Everyone grab what you can. We're moving out."
