Chapter 8 - 100 percent

"Die," he said.

And in the next second, he blurred out of reality itself.

Even the reality couldn't understand what God of Destruction was doing—but then,

He reappeared, suddenly standing beside the Dragon God. All of them stood frozen in place.

Even the world itself seemed to struggle to comprehend what had just happened.

Everything stood still—even the air.

Then, in the next second, the earth moved again. The air flowed once more. And with that, a massive change came: the gods began to move—but not by their own will.

They had been hit.

Shot backward, they suddenly stopped mid-air and then plummeted to the ground at the speed of sound, crashing down and creating a massive crater.

BOOM

They lay sprawled on the ground, grunting.

"Ughhhh," all three groaned together, blood spilling from their mouths.

"How…" the Elemental Goddess asked weakly, using her staff to support herself. The others also struggled to their feet, each movement agonizing. Their bodies were shattered, riddled with internal injuries. Every breath made them cough up more blood.

Cough… cough…

After a long struggle, they finally stood. And there, in front of them, stood the God of Destruction—smirking.

"Hahaha, look at you all," he said, pointing and laughing mockingly.

"How…" the three muttered, ignoring his taunts.

Their minds, clouded by shock and confusion, had no room for petty mocking right now.

Their surprise came from what they were seeing—the Destruction God was using his power… his cultivation. That shouldn't be possible. Not without prana, the energy that had existed since the birth of the heavens, now vanished since heaven itself had died.

And yet—right before their eyes—the Destruction God was using his cultivation.

To explain it simply: cultivation is like a car engine. It works as long as it has a source of energy. But when that fuel runs out, no matter how good the engine, it stops. Cultivators spend their entire lives nurturing their cultivation, breaking through barriers, reaching higher understandings. But without prana, their cultivation becomes worthless—turning the sacred into the mortal.

And now, the impossible was happening. The Destruction God was using cultivation in a world without prana. It left all three speechless.

Seeing their stunned expressions, the God of Destruction grinned wider. He opened his mouth to speak—but the Elemental Goddess interrupted. Her face still held surprise, but now… also realization.

"Don't tell me… you're using your life force to replace the missing prana? And that's how you're maintaining your cultivation?" she asked, her expression shifting to one of grim relief.

The Destruction God looked briefly surprised, then silent, before replying.

"As expected of you, Third Sister. But so what? Knowing that won't help you now," he said, his voice full of quiet confidence.

The three gods fell silent at his confession—he was burning his own life to sustain power.

And in that silence, a shared resolve passed between them.

BOOM

Suddenly, all three were engulfed in pillars of colored energy, stretching up into the sky.

Far from the battlefield, the other gods who had retreated watched in awe and fear. They could only hope nothing terrible was happening. Because if these three were defeated—killed—then it would be their turn to die. All they could do was pray for victory.

And the God of Destruction, watching the pillars rise, smirked again.

"Haha, as expected of my brother and sisters—we do not fear death," he said, smiling, his eyes fixed on the dazzling lights.

Slowly, the glowing pillars began to fade.

From the left pillar, a woman stepped forward, wearing a golden gown. Her hair shimmered like strands of pure gold. Her eyes were the same. Even her ears were slightly pointed. In her hand was a staff. This was none other than the Elemental Goddess, in her true form—her Goddess Form.

From the right, another woman emerged, clad in a dress of black and white. Her hair was as white as snow, her eyes a deep crimson like an endless sea of blood. In her hand was a crystal green sword. Behind her, green vines formed a swirling circle, wrapping around her weapon. This was the Vampire Goddess, revealed in her Goddess Form—her True Form.

And finally, from the center pillar stepped not a person—but a dragon.

A magnificent, golden dragon. Each scale shimmered with rich gold light. Despite his majesty, the dragon stood only five meters tall. This was the Dragon God—in his truest form.

And now, at this moment here and now for the first time in the entire battle… all four of them were at 100 percent.
